The Australian War Memorial gives the following details. Carporal Robert Charles Hockridge - Service Number 280 in the 9th Australian Light Horse Army, died 24 July 1915, East Mudros Military Cemetery, Lemnos, Greece. Was Enlisted in Wallaroo, SA. He died of Typhoid aged 27

His name appears on his parents Headstone in Wallaroo Cemetery.
