William gave his details as aged 29, living Proton, Born Reach, Ont, Widow, Yeoman, Parents John and Mary Hockridge. Catherine gave her details as aged 21, living Proton, born Arthur, Spinster, Parents James and Ann Ray. Witnesses to the marriage were J Waddell, Mount Forest and Matt Cowley, Mount Forest.

Fathers name James Reay, Mothers maiden name Livingston, born Scotland. Informant Husband Wm Hockridge of Cedarville. Buried 4 May 1920 Lot 21 Con 5 Proton. Cause of death Tuberculosis and Exhaustion duration 2 months.
